1. Promotion Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n1.1. During the promotion period, a customer who purchases one of the following<\/p>\n
packages: FAST, BASIC, CLASSIC, or PREMIUM is entitled to receive a second identical<\/p>\n
package for free for their partner, provided that the free package is applied to a different<\/p>\n
vehicle.<\/p>\n
1.2. The free package must be identical to the purchased package in terms of scope and<\/p>\n
conditions.<\/p>\n
1.3. The free package cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, discounts, or<\/p>\n
transferred to third parties.<\/p>\n
2. Promotion Period and Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n2.1. The promotion applies to customers who purchase one of the eligible packages<\/p>\n
specified in Clause 1.1 during the promotion period.<\/p>\n
2.2. The promotion is valid from 14 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (inclusive).<\/p>\n
2.3. One purchased package entitles the customer to one identical package for free for<\/p>\n
their partner.<\/p>\n
3. Conditions for Participation<\/strong><\/p>\n3.1. To participate in the promotion, the customer must complete the registration form<\/p>\n
available on the Organizer\u2019s website. After submitting the form, a representative of the<\/p>\n
Organizer will contact the customer to arrange the service date, time, and other<\/p>\n
reservation details.<\/p>\n
3.2. The customer must arrive at the car care center at the agreed time and date together<\/p>\n
with their partner.3.3. Only customers who follow the Organizer on its official social media channels at the<\/p>\n
time of service provision are eligible to participate in the promotion.<\/p>\n
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with all promotion conditions.<\/p>\n
4. Use of the Free Package<\/strong><\/p>\n4.1. The free package for the partner may be provided on the same day as the purchased<\/p>\n
service, subject to availability and free reservation slots. If this is not possible, the free<\/p>\n
package will be scheduled for another mutually agreed date.<\/p>\n
4.2. If the free package is not provided on the same day, the Organizer will contact the<\/p>\n
customer to arrange the date and time for the free service.<\/p>\n
4.3. The free package must be used no later than 14 March 2026 (inclusive). The free<\/p>\n
package may not be applied to the same vehicle more than once. After this date, the<\/p>\n
entitlement to the free package expires.<\/p>\n
5. Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n5.1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless<\/p>\n
stated otherwise by the Organizer.<\/p>\n
5.2. The promotion may be used once per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n
5.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the free package if the customer fails to<\/p>\n
comply with these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>\n
5.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for situations where services cannot be provided due<\/p>\n
to objective circumstances, including technical failures, power outages, extreme weather<\/p>\n
conditions, or other force majeure events.<\/p>\n
6. Final Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n6.1. The promotion is valid for a limited time and a limited number of services. The<\/p>\n
Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion earlier once the allocated limit is<\/p>\n
reached.<\/p>\n
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion by informing<\/p>\n
customers through official communication channels.6.3. By participating in the promotion, the customer confirms that they have read,<\/p>\n
