Hocus takes over management of Švaros broliai car wash centers, changes name.
PRO BRO Group announces completion of sale of Švaros broliai car wash centers to Seal Group. This move will allow PRO BRO Group to focus its resources on other activities, and the car wash centers will now operate under the name HOCUS.
Until now, PRO BRO Group’s activities consisted of four segments: car wash centers, a network of self-service car washes, tunnel car washes, and a facility cleaning business. From now on, PRO BRO Group will no longer manage car wash centers. Formerly known as Švaros broliai, they will now operate under the new brand name Hocus and become part of the international company SEAL Group.
“We are transferring the car cleaning business, which has grown and attracted exceptional customer attention, to new investors who will continue to provide premium services in Vilnius under the new name HOCUS,” says L. Žagarienė.
The company’s management has decided to focus on the development of the HOCUS car cleaning business, which has been operating in Vilnius since 2008.
“We built this business from the ground up, so it is particularly gratifying to see how a community of loyal customers has grown with us over nearly three decades. Today, we are handing over the reins to reliable hands – our long-time colleague Algirdas Plečkaitis will continue to lead the company. The cleaning centers are being given a new name, and we are delighted that continuity will be ensured by a team of experienced specialists,” says Evaldas Kinderis, CEO and Chairman of the Board of PRO BRO Group.
Currently, PRO BRO Group owns self-service car washes and a facility cleaning business, which will continue to operate under the Švaros broliai brand.
