The promotion is organized by “Hocus” Car Care Centers (hereinafter – the Organizer).
1. Promotion Offer
1.1. During the promotion period, a customer who purchases one of the following
packages: FAST, BASIC, CLASSIC, or PREMIUM is entitled to receive a second identical
package for free for their partner, provided that the free package is applied to a different
vehicle.
1.2. The free package must be identical to the purchased package in terms of scope and
conditions.
1.3. The free package cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, discounts, or
transferred to third parties.
2. Promotion Period and Eligibility
2.1. The promotion applies to customers who purchase one of the eligible packages
specified in Clause 1.1 during the promotion period.
2.2. The promotion is valid from 14 February 2026 to 28 February 2026 (inclusive).
2.3. One purchased package entitles the customer to one identical package for free for
their partner.
3. Conditions for Participation
3.1. To participate in the promotion, the customer must complete the registration form
available on the Organizer’s website. After submitting the form, a representative of the
Organizer will contact the customer to arrange the service date, time, and other
reservation details.
3.2. The customer must arrive at the car care center at the agreed time and date together
with their partner.3.3. Only customers who follow the Organizer on its official social media channels at the
time of service provision are eligible to participate in the promotion.
3.4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with all promotion conditions.
4. Use of the Free Package
4.1. The free package for the partner may be provided on the same day as the purchased
service, subject to availability and free reservation slots. If this is not possible, the free
package will be scheduled for another mutually agreed date.
4.2. If the free package is not provided on the same day, the Organizer will contact the
customer to arrange the date and time for the free service.
4.3. The free package must be used no later than 14 March 2026 (inclusive). The free
package may not be applied to the same vehicle more than once. After this date, the
entitlement to the free package expires.
5. Restrictions
5.1. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts unless
stated otherwise by the Organizer.
5.2. The promotion may be used once per customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.3. The Organizer has the right to refuse to provide the free package if the customer fails to
comply with these Terms & Conditions.
5.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for situations where services cannot be provided due
to objective circumstances, including technical failures, power outages, extreme weather
conditions, or other force majeure events.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. The promotion is valid for a limited time and a limited number of services. The
Organizer reserves the right to terminate the promotion earlier once the allocated limit is
reached.
6.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion by informing
customers through official communication channels.6.3. By participating in the promotion, the customer confirms that they have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
